ALA/ALC Complex

The 1050 mg of ALC alongside the 450 mg of ALA makes this a solid two-in-one stack, saves me from buying separate bottles. I've been taking one capsule with breakfast for a few weeks now and the size is easy to swallow, no aftertaste either.

The 450 mg per capsule is exactly what I was looking for in a daily fitness addition, and it’s been easy to swallow with my morning shake. Two weeks in, I’m noticing I don’t drag as much through my afternoon workouts, which is a solid win.

I’ve been popping one capsule each morning before my workout, and the 450 mg of ALA per pill makes it easy to track my intake. Been about three weeks now and I’m noticing steady energy without any jitters. Solid value for the strength you get.
