بيتا سيتوستيرول

Three weeks in and I'm actually sleeping through the night instead of getting up twice to pee. The bottle is a solid 90-day supply, so it's not something I have to reorder constantly.

My husband used to be up and down all night, but after about a month on these beta sitosterol capsules he's sleeping through till morning most nights. He says emptying his bladder feels easier too, which honestly neither of us expected from a plant sterol.

I'm 63 and was getting up three times a night, which was wrecking my sleep. After about six weeks on these beta sitosterol capsules, I'm usually down to once, and that alone has been worth it for me.
