Flaxseed 1000mg per serving

I like that the 1000mg serving is easy to fit into my morning routine, and I've noticed my joints feel less stiff after about a month. Being able to get omega 3 without any fishy aftertaste is a nice bonus.

Finally a fish-free omega 3 option that doesn't leave me burping up seafood all day. The 1000mg flaxseed serving is easy to swallow and I like that it covers both men and women. My ticker's happy and so am I.

Switched to these because I wanted omega-3s without fish, and the 1000mg serving size means one softgel covers it. Been about six weeks and my numbers looked good at my last checkup.
