I’ve been using this kava extract for about two weeks now, and that 1ml serving is surprisingly potent—I feel a noticeable calm settle in within 20 minutes, especially after a stressful workday. The dropper makes it easy to add to my evening tea, and the effect lasts a solid few hours without feelin

The 1ml dropper is easy to measure, and I felt noticeably calmer within about twenty minutes of taking it after a stressful workday. It's become part of my evening routine now, simple and effective.

I've been using the full dropper about an hour before bed and the 1000mg per serving actually takes the edge off my racing thoughts without making me drowsy the next morning. The dropper makes it easy to measure and the liquid absorbs faster than the capsules I've tried before.
