The capsules are easy to swallow and I like that the formula includes NAC alongside the beet root. Three weeks in and my energy feels steadier in the afternoons, which is a nice bonus.

I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now, and while I can’t say I feel a dramatic difference, the beet root and chanca piedra combo is reassuring for daily liver support. They’re a bit larger than I’d prefer, but no aftertaste and easy enough to get down with water.
