مركب المغنيسيوم المتقدم

My afternoon energy crashes have basically disappeared since I started taking these with lunch. The oxide-citrate combo seems to actually absorb well, which wasn't the case with the plain magnesium I tried before.

Taking these before bed for about three weeks now, and I actually wake up feeling rested instead of groggy. The oxide-citrate blend seems to hit better than the single-type capsules I used to take, and the pills are small enough to swallow without drama.

I've tried plain magnesium citrate before and it always upset my stomach, but this blend has been gentle on me. Taking two pills with dinner for the past few weeks has given me a noticeable lift in energy and mood by mid-afternoon.
