I’ve been taking these with breakfast for three weeks and my mood feels steadier through the afternoon slump. The 500 mg dose is solid and the tablets don’t upset my stomach like some other magnesium I’ve tried.

The tablets are easy to swallow, which I wasn't expecting for a 500mg dose. I've been taking them after dinner for two weeks, and my mood does feel steadier, though I can't say my bone health has changed noticeably yet.
