علكات المغنيسيوم بدون سكر

I take two of these about an hour before bed and I'm actually drifting off instead of staring at the ceiling. Love that they're sugar free so I don't feel like I'm eating candy right before sleep.

I’ve been taking two before bed for about two weeks now, and I’m actually falling asleep faster than usual—the calm feeling kicks in within half an hour. The gummies are pleasantly chewy with no weird aftertaste, which matters since I hate swallowing pills.

These sugar-free gummies are a staple on my nightstand now. The magnesium citrate form really seems to do the trick for easing my mind after a stressful day, and I love that they don't mess with my teeth like other gummies.
