Myo & D-Chiro Inositol

Took a while to research which inositol to try and settled on this one because it has both forms in the same capsule, which saves me from buying two separate bottles. Three weeks in, I’ve noticed my cycle feels more regular and the bloating is way less noticeable.

Been taking these for about two months now and I can tell it's got both myo and d-chiro forms, which is exactly why I picked it over single-ingredient options. The capsules are easy to swallow, no aftertaste, though I wish the bottle listed the exact ratio more prominently on the front. Still, it's
