Edward ★★★★★

The gummy itself is soft and easy to chew, which matters when you're chasing a sleepy toddler. We've been using them for two weeks now, and the 1mg melatonin dose feels just right for our six-year-old. Bedtime drama is down to maybe ten minutes instead of an hour.

Alexander M. ★★★★★

My kid actually asks for bedtime now instead of fighting it, and the calm sleep effect kicks in within about 20 minutes. The gummies are easy to chew and don’t leave a sticky mess on his teeth, which is a win for us.

James ★★★★★

The gummy texture is soft enough that my 4-year-old chews it without fuss, and it’s actually made a noticeable difference in how quickly she drifts off. Bedtime still takes a few minutes, but the wrestling match is over.
