Jacob ★★★★★

I hate the taste of apple cider vinegar, so these pills are a much easier way to get my 1500mg serving in each morning. The cayenne is a nice bonus, though I do notice a little warmth after swallowing them.

Steven D. ★★★★★

Two weeks in and the cayenne gives a gentle warm kick I can actually feel, no upset stomach like I got from drinking the liquid stuff. The 1500mg per serving means fewer pills to swallow, which is why I switched.

Abigail ★★★★★

I've been taking these for about three weeks and the 1500mg serving per dose means I don't have to rattle down a handful of capsules. Swallowing them is easy and there's no vinegar aftertaste at all, which was my main worry.
