Gumičky pro podporu zraku

My eyes used to feel dry and heavy by 3pm every workday, but after taking these with lunch for about a month the strain is noticeably less while I'm coding. The lutein is the reason I picked them, and the daily gummy habit is easy to stick with.

The gummies are easy to chew and don’t have that weird chalky aftertaste some supplements do. I’ve been taking them for about three weeks now, and my screen-related eye strain does feel a bit less noticeable by end of day, though I can’t say it’s a miracle fix.

The gummies themselves are easy to chew and don't leave that weird aftertaste some supplements do. I do notice less dryness in my eyes after a full day of coding, though I can't say it's a night-and-day difference. Wish the bottle lasted a bit longer for the price, but it's doing its job.
