Nature's Craft Basics - Bubuk Magnesium Glisinat

Finally, a magnesium powder that doesn't taste like chalk—it's truly unflavored, so I just stir it into water before bed and actually feel my muscles unwind within the hour. The bulk size lasts ages, which makes the nightly ritual feel worth it.

I mix a half-scoop into my nightly tea and I'm asleep within twenty minutes, no chalky aftertaste at all. The unflavored powder is a lifesaver for someone like me who can't stand sweetened supplements.

The scoop dissolves clean in my evening water with no aftertaste, and I've noticed my muscles feel less tight the next morning. It's become a steady part of my wind-down routine, and I'm sleeping through the night more often than not.
