Fatty meals used to leave me miserable for hours, but taking one of these ox bile capsules with dinner has made a real difference in how I digest. The enzyme support is noticeable, and I like that the formula is built specifically for those of us with compromised bile production.

Had my gallbladder out two years ago and fatty foods used to wreck me within an hour. These ox bile enzymes have changed that — I took one before a burger and felt completely normal afterward. The bottle is small enough to keep in my purse, so I actually remember to take them.
