I actually look forward to taking these because the gummies taste so good, which is rare for a supplement. Getting 500mcg in each one makes it simple to hit my daily B12 without swallowing another pill.

Two gummies a day gives me a solid 1000mcg boost, and I've noticed I'm not hitting that mid-afternoon slump nearly as hard. The texture is pleasantly chewy without being sticky, which makes taking them feel less like a chore.

I pop two of these in the morning and actually feel a difference by mid-afternoon; no more 3pm crash. The 500mcg per gummy means I only need a couple to hit my daily goal, and the texture is pleasantly chewy without being sticky.
