The picolinate form is supposed to absorb better than the cheap chromium I tried before, and my afternoon energy crashes have gotten noticeably milder since I switched. The tablets are small enough to swallow without water, which matters when I'm already taking a handful of other stuff.

Three weeks in and I can finally tell a difference in my energy levels during afternoon workouts, which surprised me since I was skeptical about another supplement. The capsules are small and easy to swallow, no aftertaste either.

I’ve been taking one capsule with breakfast for about a month now and honestly, the steady energy through my afternoon workouts has been noticeable. Feels good knowing I’m covering the mineral base for both muscle recovery and keeping my head clear at work.
