Three days in and I'm already noticing more consistent mornings—the probiotic and fiber combo seems to be doing its job without any cramping. The capsules are easy to swallow and I just take them with my breakfast.
The herbal blend plus extra fiber has my morning routine feeling normal again after years of sluggishness. I've been taking it daily for two weeks and the bloating is noticeably gone. This is the first cleanse that didn't leave me cramping or running to the bathroom.
I was skeptical about adding another supplement to my routine, but the probiotic and fiber blend here made a real difference. My digestion feels more settled and regular within the first week, and the herbal cleanse part isn't harsh at all. Definitely keeping this in my daily stack.
