My knees have been noticeably less cranky on stair climbs since I started taking these, and I love that the omega 3-6-9 blend is completely plant-based. The high absorption factor was a big selling point for me, and I've had zero stomach issues with it.
The vegan omega blend is exactly what I was hunting for, and the high absorption means I actually feel a difference in my hips after breakfast. My brain fog’s been lighter too, which I didn’t expect from a joint supplement.
Three weeks in and my knees don’t announce themselves every time I stand up—the 3 6 9 fatty acid blend is clearly doing something. Capsules are easy to swallow and I haven’t felt any aftertaste.
