I’ve been taking these for about three weeks now and the cooling formula with black cohosh does seem to take the edge off my night sweats, though I still get the occasional warm flush during the day. The capsules are easy to swallow and I appreciate that they’re soy free since I’m sensitive to it. W

It’s fine for what it is—the black cohosh blend is the main reason I tried it, and I do feel a bit cooler during hot flashes. But I was hoping for more noticeable relief overall, and the results have been pretty subtle after a month. I’ll keep using it, though, since it’s not causing any side effect
