The two-capsule morning routine is now non-negotiable for me; my focus at work has been noticeably sharper during those long afternoon meetings. I've also caught myself remembering names and details from conversations way easier than I did a month ago, which alone makes it worth it.

After about three weeks of taking these, I've noticed I'm not losing my train of thought mid-task as often, and my recall for names and details feels sharper. The capsules are easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I struggle with big pills. It's a solid addition to my morning routine for the men
