The texture is soft and chewy, not at all chalky, and 2000IU per serving means I only need one gummy a day. I've been taking them after lunch for a few weeks and actually feel more energetic during the gloomy winter afternoons. Perfect for someone who hates swallowing pills.
I was skeptical about getting enough vitamin D in the winter, but these gummies make it effortless with 2000 IU packed into each serving. They’re soft enough to chew without sticking to my teeth, and I actually remember to take them every day now.
My energy levels have noticeably improved since I started taking these gummies, and the 2000 IU per serving makes it easy to get my daily dose without swallowing pills. They taste great too, so remembering to take them every morning is actually something I look forward to.
