My stomach has been way less cranky after meals since I started taking these, and the prebiotic plus enzyme combo seems to actually do something, not just sit there. It’s been about three weeks and I’ve noticed fewer bloated afternoons.

The enzyme blend seems to do the trick for me—I took it after a heavy meal and the bloating settled down within a couple hours. Only giving four stars because I wish the capsules were a bit smaller, but overall it's doing what it says for my digestion.
