Leo J. ★★★★★

I've been using this lemon balm to wind down after work, and it genuinely leaves me feeling relaxed without any grogginess the next morning. The fact that it's melatonin-free means I can take it at 9pm and still wake up clear-headed for my 6am alarm.

Leo Q. ★★★★★

The melatonin-free part sold me since regular sleep aids leave me groggy, and this lemon balm just makes me feel relaxed enough to drift off naturally. I've been taking it on nights my brain won't shut off, and I'm asleep within the hour without that heavy morning feeling.

George U. ★★★★★

I've been taking this about 20 minutes before bed and it really does take the edge off without knocking me out like melatonin did. Nice that it's just the leaf extract, nothing extra to feel groggy about the next morning.
