The folate and zinc in these actually convinced me to switch from my old pill routine, and I'm glad I did. They're easy to take and I've noticed fewer afternoon crashes.

I honestly didn't expect to feel a difference, but a few weeks in my energy is steadier and I'm not crashing mid-afternoon. The fact that they cover A, B, C, D, E, folate and zinc all in one gummy means I've stopped juggling three separate bottles.

I switched to these because I wanted a halal option that still covers the bases, and the folate and zinc are actually listed right on the label. Two gummies a day and I'm done, no horse pills to choke down.
