พรีไบโอติก + โปรไบโอติก

Three weeks in and I've noticed my digestion feels steadier through the day, not just right after meals. The bacillus subtilis strain seems to be doing its job for my colon, and the capsules are easy to swallow.

My morning bloating is basically gone, and I actually look forward to taking that bacillus subtilis capsule with breakfast—it's been a steady two months now. Even my skin seems calmer, which I wasn't expecting from a gut supplement.

I’ve been taking two caps each morning with breakfast and my digestion feels noticeably smoother by the afternoon. The bacillus subtilis strain is a nice touch since I wanted something focused on colon support without harsh laxatives. It’s early days but I’m willing to stick with it.
