กัมมี่วิตามินรวมสำหรับวัยรุ่น

The gummy texture is just right—chewy but not sticky—and my 14-year-old actually remembers to take them without me nagging. We’ve been through a growth spurt this semester and she’s kept her energy up through school and soccer, which is exactly what we needed.

My teen actually looks forward to taking these every morning, which never happened with the chewables we tried before. Since starting them, she’s had noticeably more energy for her afternoon swim practices.

The gummies are the first multivitamin my teen hasn’t fought me on—she says they taste like a treat, which is a win. Since she started taking them a few weeks ago, her afternoon energy crash seems less dramatic, so the nutrient support is doing its job.
