The cayenne pepper in these makes a real difference, gives a nice little kick that seems to wake up my metabolism. I take two with breakfast and the 1000mg dose feels solid, no burping or upset like I had with the liquid.
The 1000mg per serving dose is easy to swallow, and the cayenne pepper does add a little warmth. I just wish I could tell if it's actually doing anything after three weeks, since the results feel pretty subtle so far.
