I've been adding these to my morning smoothie for three weeks now, and the powdered form dissolves way better than the whole granules I used to buy. The capsules are a nice backup for days I'm rushing, but honestly the powder itself is the standout.
The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave that powdery aftertaste I've had with other brands. I've been taking two a day for three weeks now, and I really like that they're made in a cGMP lab here in the States.
