The mini softgels are genuinely easy to swallow, even for someone like me who struggles with big pills. Two of them give me the full 1,000 mg serving, so there's no measuring liquid or dealing with a spoon.

I was dreading the fishy aftertaste of liquid oils, so the fact that each 2-softgel serving packs 1,000 mg without me having to measure anything is a win. The mini size makes my morning routine feel less like a chore, and I've noticed no burping afterwards.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now and the mini softgel size makes it so easy to swallow, no fishy aftertaste to deal with. Each 2-softgel serving gives you that full 1,000 mg without needing to measure anything.
