Switched from regular fish oil capsules to this krill oil and the difference is noticeable within a couple weeks. The phospholipids really do seem to help it absorb faster, and I like that each serving packs 2000mg of omega-3.

The 2000mg serving with phospholipids makes a real difference—I've noticed my joints feel smoother after about three weeks of taking it daily. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any fishy aftertaste, which was my biggest worry.

My joints have been noticeably quieter since I switched to these — the 2000mg per serving with astaxanthin definitely feels stronger than the lower-dose stuff I used to take. The capsules are surprisingly easy to swallow for a bigger size, which was my main worry.
