My optometrist suggested lysine and these 1000mg capsules are easy to swallow, which I was worried about. After a couple months of taking one daily, I've noticed my eyes feel less strained during long workdays.

My eyes have felt noticeably less strained during long workdays since I switched to this lysine supplement, and the 1000mg per serving makes it easy to get a solid dose in one capsule. Swallowing is a breeze too, which is always my biggest hurdle with vitamins.

I’ve been taking one capsule a day for about a month now, and the 1000mg per serving makes it easy to stay consistent without splitting pills. My eyes feel less strained during long workdays, which is exactly why I picked this for vision support.
