L-Theanine 200mg per serving

I was skeptical about liquid vs capsules, but this absorbs noticeably faster. Two droppers under the tongue before my morning coffee and the afternoon slump is way less brutal.

Dropper makes dosing a breeze, and the liquid absorbs fast enough that I feel the calm kick in within about 15 minutes. Perfect for sipping before a stressful meeting without that heavy pill feeling.

Took it under my tongue before a long work session and felt the calm kick in within about 15 minutes, no jitters like I get from coffee. The liquid format means I don’t have to swallow another giant pill, which is a win for me.
