I was looking for a liver formula that didn't skimp on ingredients, and this one covers a lot of ground with choline, zinc, and beet root alongside the milk thistle. Two capsules with breakfast has been easy to stick with for about a month now.

The milk thistle and dandelion root combo is what sold me, and after a couple months my digestion feels steadier after heavy meals. Nice that it packs choline and zinc in too instead of just one herb.

I've been taking this for about six weeks and my digestion just feels steadier, less of that heavy sluggishness after meals. Nice to see choline and zinc in there alongside the milk thistle instead of a one-ingredient blend.
