The softgels are genuinely easy to swallow, which was my biggest worry with any supplement. Three weeks in, I’ve noticed a steadier energy level during my afternoon workouts without that jittery feeling coffee gives me.
The softgels are a lifesaver for my mornings—no oily taste, and they go down way easier than the liquid version I used to choke down. I've been taking them before workouts and the steady energy boost from the C8 caprylic acid is exactly what I needed for my keto routine.
I've been taking these C8 softgels before workouts and they don't upset my stomach, which was my main worry with oils. The capsules are solid for an energy kick without that greasy aftertaste some coconut supplements leave behind.
