I'm three weeks in and the hot flashes at night have actually calmed down enough that I'm not kicking the covers off at 3am anymore. The B2 and B6 in it are a nice touch since I was already trying to get more of those.

The chaste tree berry and black cohosh combo is exactly what my body needed, and I've noticed a real difference in my evening hot flashes after about two weeks. The inclusion of B vitamins feels like a thoughtful bonus, not just a gimmick.

Woke up three nights in a row without the drenching sweats after about a week on these, and the chaste tree berry plus black cohosh combo seems to be doing its job for my mood swings too. The B vitamins are a nice touch—I’ve got a bit more steady energy than I did before.
