I’ve been taking these capsules with breakfast for a few weeks now and the blend of milk thistle with dandelion and beetroot feels like a solid daily addition. The plant-based formula is easy on my stomach, which was my main worry. No complaints so far.
These capsules don’t have that herbal aftertaste I was bracing for, which makes the daily routine a lot easier. The addition of zinc and dandelion in the blend is a nice touch, though I can’t say I’ve noticed a dramatic change in my energy levels just yet.
