Took these for about three weeks before I noticed I could reach down and tie my shoes without that stiff ache in my hips. The capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach upset, which was my main worry with a joint supplement.

My knees don't creak when I get out of bed anymore, and I noticed the difference in my flexibility within about ten days. Sixty capsules is a solid supply for testing it out, and the joint stiffness relief has been steady.

After two weeks of taking these with breakfast, the stiffness in my knees when I get up from my desk is noticeably less bothersome. I also appreciate that the antioxidant angle covers my skin, so it's a two-for-one I wasn't expecting.
