I didn't expect much from a supplement, but around the two-week mark I noticed I could hold a train of thought through a whole meeting without losing it. The memory retention part is what sold me, and it's actually delivering.

I’m three weeks in and my recall at work has genuinely improved—names and meeting details stick way better now. The focus during long reading sessions feels steadier too, which is exactly what I needed for studying.

The two-capsule morning routine is now non-negotiable for me; my focus at work has been noticeably sharper during those long afternoon meetings. I've also caught myself remembering names and details from conversations way easier than I did a month ago, which alone makes it worth it.
