I was skeptical about another supplement, but the black pepper extract for absorption actually makes a difference—I feel less stiff by mid-afternoon now. The peach flavor is subtle and doesn't linger, so taking them daily has been easy.
The peach flavor masks the turmeric really well, and I love that the black pepper extract is already in there so I don’t have to think about absorption. My joints feel noticeably less creaky by mid-afternoon, which is more than I expected from a gummy.
