The gummies themselves are easy to chew and don't leave that weird aftertaste some supplements do. I do notice less dryness in my eyes after a full day of coding, though I can't say it's a night-and-day difference. Wish the bottle lasted a bit longer for the price, but it's doing its job.
Been taking these for about three weeks now, and my eyes do feel less strained after my 9-5 on the computer. The lutein in them is exactly what I was after, though I wish the gummies came in a bigger jar since I'm already running low.
