The white kidney bean extract has actually helped me stop picking at snacks between lunch and dinner, which was my worst habit. I take one capsule about half an hour before my bigger meals and the urge to overeat has noticeably dropped.
I’ve been taking this with my biggest meal of the day, and the natural white kidney bean extract genuinely helps me feel fuller without that jittery crash I’ve had from other supplements. The AMPK activator aspect is a nice bonus, and it’s easy to swallow—no weird aftertaste.
The AMPK activator angle is what sold me, and after a month of taking it with meals, my late-night fridge raids have genuinely dropped off. Capsules are easy to swallow and I haven't had any stomach issues, which is rare for me with herbal supplements.
